Steal Breath

Prerequisite: six air techniques

As a standard action, you can attempt to suffocate a target within 30 feet by pulling the air from his or her lungs. On a successful Fortitude saving throw, the target is dazed for 1 round. Otherwise, he or she begins to suffocate, which requires concentrating as a standard action each round to maintain the effect. The round after you activate this ability, the target drops to 0 hp and falls unconscious. The following round, the target drops to -1 hp and begins dying. At the beginning of the following round, the target dies and you need not concentrate any longer. If your concentration is broken during this process, the target remains in the state you left him or her (unless attended to), and you must use the ability again to pick up where you left off, granting the target another saving throw to resist. You can use this ability once per day for every four air techniques you know.
